Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

 

National Card Investors will honor requests for returns, requests for comparable exchange, or in some cases requests for refund only if your item arrives damaged, doesn't match the item description, or in the event that you received the wrong item.

 

Please note: In most cases we will not accept returns on graded cards or authenticated autographs.

 

PRODUCT ORDERS

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of your receipt of delivery. All returns and exchange requests must be approved by National Card Investors via email. When reaching out please provide as much detail as possible including photos.

 

Returned items must be delivered back to us in the same condition as when it left our possession including all tags or certification/authenticity (COA) stickers and cards (if applicable).

 

Removal of tags or certification/authenticity (COA) stickers and cards will void your refund. In most cases you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
